• REPLICATE - So more and more disciples make disciples and leaders train leaders and MicroChurches start MicroChurches

Where you are.

1. Starting from Scratch

• You may need to start with See-Pray-Show-Tell-Disciple and work toward Gather because you don’t have a MicroChurch yet. You have to find people first. Lead The Way can help.

• This is how Paul effectively started churches all around the ancient world. His motto could have been …

  • You don’t form a church to make disciples. You make disciples to form a church.

2. Transitioning Your Group

• You may be working from Gather because you already have a group of people, whether it’s a small group or a Bible study. You didn’t need to find people. You already have people. What you need to focus on is mobilizing them to See-Pray-Show-Tell-Disciple and so become a fully functioning church rather than just a small group or a Bible study. Once again, Lead The Way can help.

• In fact, it may be strategic for your WHOLE group to work through Lead The Way together. That way everyone in your group would both understand and experience the vision and mission of a MicroChurch. Your group, then, would start with great maturity, unity and even the ability to Replicate when need be.

3. Launching from Your MicroChurch

• You may be part of a MicroChurch that’s already pursuing Pray-Show-Tell-Disciple-Gather and you’re ready to start a new MicroChurch. How exciting! Lead The Way can help your MicroChurch leader Replicate this ministry through you.

A Vision for Mission

• Some of you, then, are working toward Gather. Others of you are working from Gather.

• Either way, you need to maintain a vision for mission. It seems that most churches—whether micro or mega—eventually default away from mission (See-Pray-Show-Tell-Disciple) to Gathering exclusively. Don’t let yours. As they say, “vision leaks.” So does mission. As a leader keep the vision of staying on mission alive. Keep pursuing the whole Mission Circle (See-Pray-Show-Tell-Disciple-Gather-Replicate) and so be a fully functioning church.

You’re not Alone!

• You’re not alone in this mission, though. In fact, it isn’t your mission in the first place. It’s Jesus’ mission.

• So next, actually first, we turn to with JESUS.
